The Oceanheart Way: Give more.

I don't have to go back far to have memories of working in the NHS. At first, you're enthusiastic, but the sheer volume of workload inevitably leads to a slide. Even as perfectionist, with your best efforts, you find yourself in shorter emails, less attention, and less humanity.

Now that's a damn shame.

Working for myself, I eradicated this problem. I've gone the other way; I meet my clients and their journey with the same relentless presence, intensity, discipline, commitment, openness, love and commitment to the truth that I bring to everything in my life. I strive to give a world-class service, and my people tell me it's real.

There are few things more beautiful in the world than watching someone wake up to their own worthiness - their fundamental adequacy.

In all honesty, it's taken me months to accept the true value of what's on offer here. To step into it properly. To own it. Make it my own, and let it carve itself into ever refined from via the acid test of reality. Repetition, repetition, repetition.

But now I have forged it.

and I am happy.

I don't do it alone.

I reveal myself with AI to speed up my growth.

I combine myself with AI to speed up their growth.

I work endlessly with AI, code and linguistic alchemy to keep learning and reduce the time it takes to do the necessary admin of providing a service. But I'll be honest, sometimes I find myself spending hours in creativity, because it's just so much fun. I learn something new every hour, let alone day.

What would you give to unlock your creativity? As a child, it flowed so freely. Where has it gone?
